Return Policy

Defective products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. All products must be returned in original condition and should be shipped to the following address:

Cancellation Policy

Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation charge. Fees will very depending upon order status. If you decide to cancel or change any order, please contact us immediately.

Quote, Prices, Order, Payment and Delivery

All quotes by E-mail, fax and online are valid for 30 days. We have the right to change prices without notice for online quotes. You can order online, fax and E-mail.

All orders must contain an approved data file (Gerber RS274x format). Silicon Valley reserves the right to refuse orders. Orders confirmation will be sent after data file have been approved and payments has been received. If you are not a approved NET30 customer, payment requires to be made before productions by online credit card, paypal, or wire transfer. We do not collect your credit card information.

Terms are cash upon order/delivery, except where open account credit is established – in which case terms of payment are net thirty (30) business days from the date of invoice.

Overdue payments shall be subject to finance charges computed at a periodic rate (to the extent permitted by law) of 1.5% per month (18% per year).

Payment is only accepted in U.S. dollars.

Warranty and Limited liability

Silicon Valley will replace or credit any boards that are found to be defective within 30 days of the original shipment. Liability of Seller for defective and/or late orders shall never exceed Seller’s sale price. Furthermore, warranty and liability only extends to bare PCB’s and does not apply to components added by you or others. Seller is not liable for consequential damages. Seller’s Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated into any PO of Buyer.
